Refund Policy

Subscription and Payment Terms

Kumo™ charges and collects subscription fees for access to its platforms, including but not limited to Aoikumo™, kumoDent™, kumoVet™, and kumoDoc™. All subscriptions and services rendered are strictly non-refundable. All services are provided on a ‘what you see is what you get’ basis. It is the sole responsibility of each customer to review, evaluate, and confirm that the features and services offered are suitable for their business requirements. Customers are expected to request a demonstration, and to expressly require that any specific pain points or operational issues be addressed during such demonstration, prior to subscribing. Upon selecting a subscription plan and providing billing information, the customer will be provided with a secure payment link to complete the initial transaction online.

Automatic Renewal (Monthly Subscriptions only) and Cancellations

All monthly subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal on the respective renewal date based on the original date of purchase, and shall remain in force until formally cancelled by the customer in writing. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] using the email address registered for the subscription. Notices sent from unregistered email addresses will not be recognized, and such correspondence shall be disregarded.

Upon successful cancellation, Kumo™ shall issue a confirmation email to the customer acknowledging the suspension of the subscription plan. Thereafter, two (2) reminders will be sent prior to final termination of the subscription after a month. No refunds or credits shall be issued for partial months, quarters, or years of service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of payment duplication, erroneous charges, or other billing errors arising from technical issues, a refund will be duly processed.

Taxes and Levies

All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, and duties imposed by applicable taxing authorities. Customers are solely responsible for the timely payment of any such taxes, levies, or duties.

Plan Upgrades, Downgrades and transfers

Customers may upgrade their subscription plan at any time. Requests for downgrades, however, must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Transfers of remaining unused subscription periods to other subscriptions are not permitted. In such instances, a new subscription must be purchased.

For avoidance of doubt, Kumo™ does not provide refunds or credits for any partial months of service in connection with subscription downgrades.

General Application

The above terms and policies apply to all Kumo™ products including but not limited to Aoikumo™, kumoDent™, kumoVet™, and kumoDoc™.
